Tried deleting/creating form entries on WP Dashboard plugin page. No Luck. Cache also cleared on our end to rule that out. Wintouch Content Gate working on Product Pages, but direct Embeds throw these errors. Seems to be independent of template OR form selection. Our PHP implementation same for direct embeds as content gate, we use do_shortcode(). Production implementation also working in lower envs like consbearsdev.wpengine.com
