We respect the privacy of our Distributors, our customers and those who visit our website and Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
Our Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we may collect from you in connection with your interaction with us on the Website and any visit to our warehouses, offices, website, online services or any other interaction you may have with us. It explains how we collect, use and share data and the steps we take to secure the data that we do collect.

What information do we collect?
Without limitation, any of the following information may be collected, used and/or shared: information which you may be personally identified such as name; addresses; email address; telephone number; job title; profession; as well as other information such as order details; name of your Distributor; communications preferences; username; password; and any other information that you provide to us. If you are a Distributor we may also ask for your banking information, and your tax identification number. Some of the above information we collect may be considered Personally Identifiable Information and other information may not.
We collect information from you whenever you use our Services including when you register on the site, place an order, respond to a survey or communication or participate in another site feature. We also collect information from all Authorized Dealers when they become authorized as such. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. If you do not provide a piece of the information we request, we may not be able to complete your transaction and may try to contact you.

How do we protect visitor information?
We recognize the importance of maintaining the security of our customer’s personal information. We Use reasonable security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information.
Some examples:
– When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in our databases to only be accessed as stated above.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include Consolidated Bearing Company. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
