High-Temp Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Consolidated Bearings Company is pleased to offer a comprehensive product line of Deep Groove Ball Bearings. Ideal for high-temperature applications that can withstand the demands of severe operating environments, our HT270 bearings come with a specialized source coating, increased internal clearance, and lubrication for temperatures between -30°C and 270°C. The Consolidated HT270 series can be supplied with the following configurations: open, sealed (2-RS) or shielded (ZZ). Along with our HT270 series, we also offer the following high temperature bearings: HT150, HT200, HT250, ZZ HT270 (Shielded), HT330 and ZZHT330 (Shielded). The high-temperature range of deep groove ball bearings from Consolidated are the ideal solution for use in harsh operating environments and for applications where contaminants are prevalent.

Sealing: All sealed bearings are supplied lubricated for the life of the bearing. The addition of seals or shields adds greater protection against contaminants. This protection should prolong the bearing life, while reducing replacement costs and preventing failures. Surface Coating: Our High Temperature bearings are supplied with a Manganese Phosphate coating to increase corrosion resistance. Cage: All Consolidated high temperature bearings are supplied with metal ribbon cages. This cage type is applicable to vibration and oscillating loads, in addition to increasing bearing life when exposed to high temperatures. Clearance: Required to accommodate higher operating temperatures.
